1. Cancelling & Modifying An Order
1.1 Order Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it. After this period, we cannot cancel your order as it will have been processed in our system.
1.2 Modifying An Order
If you need to change your order details, please contact us at support@artlohadvl.com within 12 hours of your purchase. Requests to modify an order cannot be processed after this time frame.
2. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied with your product, please reach out to us at support@artlohadvl.com for assistance.
If you receive items that meet the following criteria:
- Wrong style or size from what was ordered
- Damaged items due to poor packaging or shipping
Please submit evidence of your claim to support@artlohadvl.com.
For the fastest resolution, include photos that clearly demonstrate the issues along with the shipping label.
Upon receiving your evidence, if approved, we will discuss whether you prefer a replacement or a refund:
- Item Replacement: We will send you the correct item at no additional charge.
- Refund: We will issue a refund to your original payment method, which may take several days depending on the payment provider.
Please note:
- Refunds will not be issued for complaints regarding product quality, as expectations can vary significantly. We recommend reading product descriptions carefully before ordering.
- You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your items. Additional information may be required. Queries outside this window will not be supported.
3. Stolen/Lost Items
If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@artlohadvl.com with your order ID. We will work with you to resolve the issue, though additional information may be needed.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
As noted in Section 1, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to correct or complete your shipping address. After this period, you will need to track your order and work with your local Post Office.
If your parcel is held at the Post Office due to an incorrect address, please contact them to rectify the address and request delivery.
We will not issue refunds for orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout.
